Victoria Joins Dance Teams!

Victoria was recently chosen to be a part of the Rhythm Academy Ballet Company Team and the Jazz Company Team!!!! She has taken dance since the age of 2! She is currently involved in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hip and Gymnastics!!! Her mom is so very proud of her being chosen to be a part of two company teams!!! She will be competiting at the National Dance Convention this fall in Atlanta!

Ashlynn's First Dance Recital.

Ashlynn just finished her first year of dance. This year she was in the Creative Movement Class at Ms. Betsy's school of dance. She and her class performed to Tender Shepard from Peter Pan. She loved being on stage!

Stephanie skips Kindergarten!

Stephanie and Michael Sell have moved to NY for the next 15 months. Stephanie is the Southern Grace Glitz & Glamour Mini National Tiny Miss. The twins were tested and will go directly into first grade in August, skipping Kindergarten!

Gracie Mote

Gracie is with the General Surgeon at Mountain Lakes Medical Center. Gracie donated some special stuffed animals to the ER for the the children that may be in the ER.

Melinda Rolader, director Southern Grace Pageants directed the Miss Rabun County Pageant held on March 12, 2011 at the Clayton United Methodist Fellowship Hall. The participates collected 8,686 stuffed animals of which 150 were delivered to Rabun Co's Sheriff Frank Andrews to be given directly to children in emotional, traumatic or stressful situations.

Love Walk Ministries 7th Annual Resurrection/ Easter Basket Program has also been blessed by the efforts of the young ladies who contributed 300 stuffed bunnies for the baskets which will be given to children in need in Rabun Co.

Georgia Auditions for Rabun Idol!

A Note From Georgia:


I auditioned for Rabun Idol about 3 weeks ago against 17 other contestants and I was chosen to be in the Top 12. Only the Top 12 and on have the chance to perform on stage. The first night I was required to sing a country song and a song from the 60s or 70s. I chose American Honey by Lady Antebellum for my country and I Wanna Hold Your Hand by the Beatles. For my Beatles song, I slowed it down and had Zac Chapman play it on acoustic guitar for me. Here are some of the judges comments: Dan Holtsclaw said he enjoyed hearing my voice improve so much in the last several years. Allen Blair didn't favor my country song but said my voice made up for it. I will be performing again On Tuesday March 15 to hopefully make it to the Top 3. I am now in the Top 6.

Pro Cheer!

The girls are both in Pro Cheer. Hollyn is on Jr. 3. and Hannah is in Pro cheer Youth 1 team. Hannah's team got 4th place at Cheersport nationals!

Autumn Wins Gold!

Autumn is part of the Elite Dance Academy's Mini Dolls Dance Team.... From Phenix City, Alabama. Autumn's dance team won GOLD at the Celebrity Dance Competition in Newnan!!!!!
The Mini Dolls are a part of the Dazzlin Doll Competition Dance Team from Elite. There are 6 girls on Mini's this year, all but 1 are 1st year team members. They range from ages 5-7 yrs old. Their routine this year is a jazz/hip hop combo..... to School Days by Chuck Berry.... mixing into Can't Touch This . They are coached by Ashley Kelly, and the routine was choreographed by Joanne Davidson.
There next competition is on April 1-3 in College Park.... Kids Artistic Revenue Dance Competition.

Victoria Performs in her church play!

Victoria performed her very first solo at our Church Children's
Christmas Play. She did very well!!! She was so excited about it!!

Julie wins big!

Julie's Gymnastics team the "Gym Catz" had their first meet last weekend. Julie won 1st in all her events scoring 9.2 on floor, 9.4 on vault, 8.65 on bars, and 9.0 on beam! She won overall for her team.
